K9 Nose Work ORT Registration Form

Please submit this online form to sign up for the Odor Recognition Test. Pre-registration and payment are required.

At this time the decision hasn't been made as to whether or not handlers will be allowed to test two dogs in each odor. If you register more than two dogs for an odor, please indicate which dog you would want to run if you have to choose one. Because of this I will not be asking for payment to confirm registration. Once the decision has been made I will ask for payment.

Dogs may test for more than one odor.

Dogs can either crated inside or left in your vehicle. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early to set up so we can start on time.

All dogs participating in the ORT must be registered with the NACSW. All handlers must also be members of the NACSW. Membership and registration are available online. Membership and Registration must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the ORT to allow for processing time. Depending on the number of registrations, we may assign time slots to minimize wait time.
